Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel and apply for a full refund within 14 days from the day of purchase. If you choose to do so you then have a further 14 days to send the product back to us and we will issue the refund within 14 days of receipt of the product once it has been checked to make sure it hasn’t been tampered with in any way.

Due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons we will not accept any returns if you have used the product or tampered with the product in any way.

You would have to ensure the product has not been used and is in the original packaging fully sealed. You would be required to cover the cost of sending the product back to us and if you do decide to return the product for any reason, please get in contact with our team asap and we would do our best to assist you.
